| * Senior Division Championship Flight will be made up of the low 16 Qualifiers. |

| * For tournament tee times changes and (or) emergencies - We ask all registrants to inform the committee of their location and phone number while attending our tournment. For advance entrants, please note information on form, or notify committee member at tourament registration booth. |
| * Those wishing to qualify for the Championship Flight or Senior Division must indicate their desire when registering. Foursomes will be made up by the pairing and timing committee. |
| * Tournament Players must be 16 years of age, prior to Monday of Tournament Week. |

| * The entry fee will be $130.00 if paid before Monday, July 10th. Advance entries are not necessary but it is suggested they be made by mail via the Advance entry form (available on this website ADVFORM). All advance entries MUST be submitted on Advance Entry Forms. No entries will be accepted by phone. You will save time and get better starter times by registering in advance.
